The thing I was on a roll with was a new graphic novel. Finished it yesterday and proofed it today. It’s now with the editor/publisher.
Taking the night off and having a large drink before I tackle the next thing. New newsletter tomorrow (probably)!

Always a pleasure to pull an old prog out.
I posted this to Instagram and an old girlfriend commented that perhaps I resembled Wulf Sternhammer. That’s one of the nicest things anyone has sod to me in a while.
Let’s get physical
Finally got my hands on a physical print copy of Fetch II and it’s a thing of beauty. The amount of work and attention to detail that goes into these books is breathtaking and I’m in awe of my team who put it all together after I’ve done the easy bit. And now the local kids can finally read it and stop kicking me in the shins for that cliffhanger finale…
That’s not to say there’s not a little heartbreak in this one too. Hope you dig it.

The Partnership DONE
Started proofing this at 10am and finished around 9pm. My first full length crime comic book.
It was fun to tackle a genre I’m such a big fan of. I find sci-fi and horror comes pretty naturally, but The Partnership tapped into a different part of my brain and had a few more moving parts that couldn’t be helped along by dropping a monster in or exploding a starship from under the crew.
Still turned out incredibly violent of course.
Tomorrow I start a new robot thing as a spiritual follow up to Fetch…
